In consultation with industry, WRAP has developed summary guidance and model clauses to help clients and developers ask for carbon-efficient buildings when procuring design, construction and facilities management services.
A more comprehensive reference guide provides advice on how to set requirements, and offers model wording which can be used (or adapted for use) in selection procedures, tender invitations and contract documents is also available.
