These trials look at the use of the liquid fraction of digestate as a biofertiliser on sport turfs such as golf course fairways and football pitches; and on commercial turf production.
The trials compare the application of digestate against standard inorganic fertilisers, and consider the effect of different application rates on turf growth and health.These projects also consider the practical and commercial implications of applying digestate for this end use.
